Please note that we ship all orders from our Brooklyn warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 1PM Eastern Time, the order will be shipped that same day.
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 10-14 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
Once we hand pack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Glaze Jewelry does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
INSURANCE
We have partnered up with ROUTE! Route is a shipping insurance company that charges you 1% of your total order value to protect your package from theft, loss or damage. You can opt to purchase ROUTE in your cart, right above checkout, for both domestic and international orders. Choosing to insure your package is optional, but highly recommended to protect your order during the shipment process.
